Welcome to the School

Dear Student, Adult, Parents and Guardians,

I believe true love comes in many forms. And one of my loves is the Marian Center! 20 years ago our family drove onto the campus, and life forever changed. I felt an instant connection like I have never felt before. I was a stay at home mom raising my family, but after meeting the Sisters, Staff, Students and Adults, I immediately wanted to do more.

My daughter Ashley was enrolled in 2004. A year later, I became the PTA now MCAT President and was also a very active board member of the Marian Center Auxiliary, a fundraising arm of the Marian Center. Over the years things have changed, but I am still currently active in these roles.

Although I was new to fundraising for a nonprofit organization, I was very enthusiastic and wanted to learn as much as I could. I love what I do at the Marian Center, which includes but not limited to event planning, creatively directing, and occasionally even dabbling in grant writing. I am very proud to say that some of my grant requests have been very successful and beneficial to the Marian Center.

I continue to grow in my fundraising abilities and with that, I, along with an amazing group of people, have made great things happen.

The Marian Center and our MCAT group are confronted with new challenges on a regular basis. Participation in the MCAT business is open to anyone that is part of the Marian Center family. We are continually looking for new ideas, support and help to nurture our Marian Center into better and greater environments for our other members of our Marian Center family. Please support our fundraising efforts via Italian night and other special occasions as they may arise. We need your help and support and request that you join us at every meeting and opportunity.
